The Multifire Endo Hernia™ stapler anchors mesh and approximates tissue during endoscopic hernia repair. Each squeeze of the handle places a single titanium staple: the legs first penetrate the tissue or mesh and then form fully, closing into the tissue to hold the mesh in position. Staple size is set by loading the 4 mm or 4.8 mm single-use loading kit (SULU) to suit tissue thickness. The instrument is introduced through an appropriately sized trocar sleeve, or a larger sleeve with a converter, making it flexible across port configurations. It is supplied sterile for single-procedure use. This is a straightforward, reliable fixation option for cases where the articulation of the Endo Universal™ stapler isn't required. Specify the SULU staple size and the number of reloads your procedure volume needs when requesting a quote.
